ABOUT ME
Messiva Amer-Yahia is a Columbus-based real estate advisor specializing in commercial property, investment opportunities, and development across Central Ohio. Originally from Algeria, she has lived in Powell since 2003 and studied Political Science, International Relations, and Diplomacy at The Ohio State University.
She began her career under the mentorship of respected broker Ned Merkle, gaining a hands-on foundation in residential real estate and neighborhood dynamics. She later joined Smart Move, Realtors, where she expanded into commercial real estate and investor representation, building relationships with business owners, investors, and lenders locally and nationally.
Today, Messiva is with RED 1 Realty and a member of The Clarizio Home Team, continuing to grow her network and experience while serving clients as a reliable, knowledgeable resource at every stage of their real estate journey.
